Is shipping free?
Yes. Media Mail is always free. If you’re in a hurry, you can choose Priority Mail for an additional fee.
Do you offer a discount on larger orders?
Yes. If you’re ordering multiple items, contact us before ordering for a discount code.
Is every name available in personalized music?
No. Not all names have been recorded, so please check the name search and sample area before ordering. Double names have not been recorded, Please add the pronunciation. Many names are spelled the same but have several pronunciations.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 24 hours after we receive all the information needed to make them. For personalized books, please complete every required section. We cannot produce the book otherwise.
Can I correct a name or other detail after ordering?
Corrections can’t be made after the product has been created. Please double-check names, spelling, and all other details before ordering. Your book will be printed as requested.
What if my child’s name isn’t available in personalized music?
Take a look at our photo-personalized videos, where your child becomes the character. Any name can be used: it appears on the DVD cover and the video’s title page, but it is not spoken in the video. Any name can also be used in our personalized books.
